Payment, Prices & Billing Information

Pricing and currency

Our website displays product prices in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and any delivery charges are calculated and displayed before you confirm your purchase. The checkout order summary shows the total amount payable.

UK VAT

Prices shown to UK consumer customers include UK VAT where applicable. The VAT treatment and amount, where relevant, will be shown on the order confirmation and any applicable tax documents.

Payment methods

Payment methods available at checkout are managed by our secure payment providers and can include supported debit or credit cards or alternative checkout methods. The methods displayed at checkout are the current options. We do not require you to share full card details with customer support by email.

Order confirmation and corrections

After completing checkout you will receive an order acknowledgement or confirmation using the contact information provided. If you believe the charge or delivery address is wrong, please contact us immediately at cs@libertoonline.com with your order number.

Overseas tax and import charges

For eligible international orders, import VAT, customs duties, brokerage, clearance and destination taxes are not prepaid by Liberto (not Delivered Duty Paid / DDP). The recipient is responsible for these charges if assessed by the destination country. Our shipping charge does not include destination import charges. The available delivery rate is confirmed before payment; see our Shipping Policy for details.

Refunds and exchanges

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law. In particular, our complimentary 5ml fragrance trial lets you try a sample before opening the full-size bottle and request a prepaid return label for a qualifying unopened bottle if the scent is not for you.
